The Bevy

It’s a joy to share a love of food and wine with likeminded people.

A bevy is a flock of doves, a collection of quails, or a group of pheasants – hence it seemed the most appropriate name for this bird to share thoughts, events and ideas with a community of people who appreciate quality produce, seek new flavour experiences and savour the culture and ceremony of food, wine and associated beverages.

As a member of The Bevy, you will be invited to events, have the opportunity to access new releases and receive my regular newsletter The Wire.

I am also working on a wine pack subscription option which we
will announce to all members of The Bevy in coming months, providing you with the convenience of regular wine pack deliveries to your door.

The Bevy will also be where we collect interesting content and the best wines of the season for your drinking pleasure.

Spring Lunch Date

The first event for The Bevy will be an intimate spring lunch date at the fabulous Osteria.

Sister restaurant to the renowned, Tipo 00, Osteria Ilaria is relaxed dining with impeccable service.

Bevy members are invited to join me at a casual shared table lunch with a generous pour of my wines across four courses.
